A. Compliance with Data Provider terms and conditions

Cognovi Labs uses data sourced from Twitter. This data is provided pursuant to a client agreement and authorized use case, in full compliance with the data provider’s privacy policies and other relevant terms and conditions. Cognovi Labs’ software uses and reports social media data only in an aggregated and anonymized form, and reports transformative insights related to consumer motivation to its users. No personally identifiable information of social media users is displayed or otherwise made available to our clients.

B. Privacy of users of Cognovi Bloomberg App

We may process user data that are provided in the course of the use of our services. The user data may be processed for the purposes of providing our services, ensuring the security of our services, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with our users. We will not sell user data to third parties or process user data for purposes unrelated to the services. We may also process or disclose user data for the following purposes: (i) to our insurers and/or professional advisers, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks or obtaining professional advice; (ii) the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject; (iv) in order to protect the vital interests of our users or the vital interests of another natural person.
